It may happen, that some company will send a package to you using the service called Kiala. This serves the purpose of cost minimizing - they send it to a partner company and you have to go there and get the package by yourself.
There is nothing wrong with the service itself. The problem is that all the maps showing my particular relay are totally wrong, so is the address.

This shows the center of Sophia Antipolis instead of Valbonne Village. There's even a pharmacy next to the highlighted building. But the building itself is a bank... The relay is not here.
Then, you can try Google/Bing/Yahoo/Whatever maps to find the Place de la Poste. But there is no such thing in the nearby towns. For example Google finds, as the nearest match, Chemin de la Poste in Chateuneuf. Totally useless.
